We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If after receiving your pottery you have an issue please email LaFortuneArisanas@gmail.com
If your item is received and is damaged or broken please email LaFortuneArtisanas@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of your item immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
When will my order arrive?
All ceramic pieces in my shop are handmade. All ceramics are ready to ship unless stated otherwise. If you made a successful payment and received a confirmation email your order is being processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.
All items are shipped USPS priority which includes $50 of insurance. If your order is over $50 and you'd like your order fully insured please send an email to LaFortuneArtisanas@gmail.com with your order number and the amount you would like it insured for & I will create a custom listing for you to pay the extra fee.

Are your ceramic pieces Microwave & Dishwasher safe?
Please read the descriptions of items when placing your order. Each item will be labeled whether it is dishwasher/microwave safe.
Any ceramic pieces with crystals, gold, silver or rainbow luster are NOT microwave or dishwasher safe and should be hand washed.
Do you take custom ceramics orders?
Custom orders have been fulfilled in the past, but moving forward I will be focusing on developing more curated collections and focusing on experimenting with new designs and techniques. Custom order requests can be discussed by email LaFortuneArtisanas@gmail.com. There is no guarantee that your custom request will be accepted. As an artist having the freedom to create the work that inspires me is most important.
